Dr. Chiang Tit Yean (Andrew) is a senior lecturer in School of Business, UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College. Currently, he is lecturing Audit, Finance, Taxation, Marketing and Accounting subjects. He has published various papers in Journal and conferences. He is an active researcher on organizational excellence. He believes that every organization has a huge potential to become excellent in this new era.

Dr. Chiang completed his Doctor in Business Admin (DBA) from Northern University Malaysia (Universiti Utara Malaysia, UUM) in the Year 2017. He also successfully gained a scholarship from the Malaysian Government during his doctorate degree. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the American Heritage University of Sothern California in the United State of America and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom. Over the past 19 years, Dr. Chiang has gained valuable teaching experiences in primary education until tertiary education.

Before Joining UOW Malaysia KDU Penang University College, he was the youngest private secondary school Principal in Malaysia and he has gained many leadership and management skills. In addition, he also gained experience in the field of Audit and Taxation from KPMG- one of the Big Four Audit Firm. With these experiences and qualifications, he will be able to share his experiences and knowledge during his lecture and able to guide his students in their research. Furthermore, Dr. Chiang is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also a member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) in order to keep himself up to date in accounting and business areas.
